Facility & Capabilities
Engineering & Project Management
Shop drawings and submittals produced in-house and with design partners, followed by field verification, material and hardware procurement, and schedule coordination with the general contractor. Each project is assigned a dedicated project manager from award through closeout.
CNC Machining
Holzher Evolution 7405 vertical CNC machining center for panel processing, boring, routing and radius components, programmed from approved shop drawings for accurate, repeatable parts.
Edgebanding & Case Assembly
Homag automated edgebanding, and case clamps for square, consistent box construction.
Finishing
In-house paint and stain tinting and custom color matching. Enclosed spray booth with Sames Kremlin Airmix air-assisted airless equipment for stain, paint and catalyzed finishes. Finish samples are submitted for approval before production.
Materials
High-pressure laminate, wood veneer, solid hardwood, solid surface and quartz. Stone, metal, glass and upholstered components are integrated through qualified partners.
Installation
Company installation crews for casework, millwork and fixtures on local and multi-state projects, supported from field survey through punch list and closeout.
